JOY Events
Studio Yin Yoga - Sunday, 7/28 at 5:00-6:00pm
The first Friday of each month we offer Yin Yoga as a regular class, so you may use your class pass or membership! End your week with a relaxing yin yoga practice. Julie will guide you through some therapeutic poses along with using sandbags, bolsters, straps and more. You will feel stretched out, de-stressed and restored after class. Please note this class is in the Studio only.
Studio Restorative Yoga - Friday, 8/2 at 6:30-7:30pm
Restorative yoga is perfect for times of high stress or low energy, as well as when healing from injury or illness. Nurture yourself as you safely build mobility and flexibility with breathing, gentle poses, and relaxation. This class is appropriate for all. Your class pass or membership may be used to pay.
Earlybird Vinyasa - Mondays, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5 & 8/12 at 6:15am
Begin your day with some movement, stretching and breath work. There are numerous benefits of doing an early-bird yoga practice which will last all
day long. You can set the tone for the day to be relaxed, better enabling you to deal with stress and anxiety, plus boost your metabolism. Join this 45 minute class to get a head start on your day. $50 for all four classes!

Health and Wellness Coaching
Learn about the ancient science of wellness which focuses on nutrition and lifestyle choices specific to your own constitution.
Healing Services
For many clients, Thai Body Work is just as relaxing and restorative as a massage. You lay on a mat and the Thai practitioner does the work. Or maybe you would like energetic healing with a Reiki session.
Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga classes are an excellent way to take care of your health and well-being. You'll work one on one with an experienced private yoga instructor, who will tailor the yoga class to your specific needs and goals. You will learn more about yoga or focus on specific areas of concern such as flexibility, strength, or balance. We will guide and motivate you as you explore and progress along your yoga practice.
