Yoga in the morning is my absolute foundation and sanity. If I start the day with focus and structure, everything goes well from there.

Slow/Morning Flow

This all-levels class emphasizes the powerful connection between breath and movement. You'll move mindfully while building strength and balance on the mat. Enjoy this opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, and breathe deeply.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga classes are suitable for students of all levels. Yin Yoga works on the yin (connective) tissues of the body by gently stretching steadily and quietly. As you move into poses, many supported by props, your body responds by gradually making these tissues longer and stronger.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa classes are appropriate for mixed levels of students. This class introduces students to basic postures, teaches you how to move with your breath, and helps you feel comfortable in your yoga practice. This class challenges students mentally and physically before moving toward the relaxing final pose, savasana. Some classes may end with a short meditation.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga classes are appropriate for students at all levels, including beginners. Gentle yoga is perfect for times of high stress or low energy, as well as when healing from injury or illness. Nurture yourself as you safely build mobility and flexibility with breathing, gentle poses, and relaxation.

Yoga for Healthy Bones

This all levels class will help increase bone density, build muscle, and improve joint health. It is based upon the clinically proven protocol for strengthening bones, developed by Loren Fishman, MD. Postures are held long enough to stimulate bone growth, and props are often used to achieve well aligned joints and improve balance. Students with arthritis, low bone density, and back/joint pain will benefit.
